In light of recent global pandemic events we have changed our business structure from selling exclusively to restaurants to now serving families in Boston and Vermont. Our first delivery like this will be April 20th. We expect to make home deliveries every two to three weeks depending on inventory. There are multiple share options to fit your needs and storage space. Boxes range from 5 to 75 pounds. Shares are composed of a variety of cuts with some customization available. All of our meat is raised birth to death on our farm, butchered locally and vacuum packaged for longevity.
We take biosecurity very seriously. Home delivery is a key component to avoiding crowded areas and we will take every measure to ensure your share comes to you with the fewest people interactions possible.
Our beef is made from 100% grass-fed, Organic and Animal Welfare Approved Devon Cattle. Devons make well-marbled and tender steaks with a rich flavor and a healthy amount of ‘good’ fats. We raise the animals from birth to death on our farm in Central Vermont. Shares range from 5 pound steak boxes to Large 75 pound shares for maximum value. Our pork is made from Organic, Animal Welfare Approved, Ossabaw Island hogs. These animals also spend their entire lives on our farm where we provide organic barley grain to supplement their wild foraged diet. The meat produced is a dark red, very flavorful and excellent for all uses, including charcuterie. Shares range from 5 pound sausage and chop boxes to 75 pound ‘half hog’ shares.
